Animals Asia Bear Sanctuary Visit

Explore the historic city of Hanoi, Vietnam’s thousand-year-old capital, and its iconic tastes and delicacies, then spend a day at Animals Asia’s Tam Dao Bear Sanctuary, a rescue and rehabilitation centre that works to end bear bile farming across Asia.   

Since 1998, Animals Asia has been offering lifelong care to rescue bears at their sanctuaries. To date, they have rescued nearly 700 bears. Adventure World is a proud supporter of Animals Asia and are bear guardians to Journee.  

 Tam Dao Bear Sanctuary is not open to the public, but travellers have the opportunity to visit and witness the incredible animal welfare and conservation work through our partnership with Animals Asia. And for every Asia land booking made with Adventure World, we'll donate a 'Mend a Broken Bear Package' to Animals Asia on your behalf. This directly supports their bear work in China and Vietnam, along with their other vital animal welfare work.
